BBCL New Zealand is exclusively a Body Corporate secretary, thereby avoiding potential conflicts of interest that arise when secretaries may also involve themselves in property management or valuation work.

BBCL operates from offices at 7 Ellerslie Racecourse Drive, handily located to the Southern Motorway adjacent to the Greenlane roundabout. Boutique's staff are professionally qualified with a cumulative Body Corporate experience of over 60 years. While the majority of Body Corporates are located in the greater Auckland area, services are also provided to Body Corporates from Paihia in the north to Wanaka in the south.

From time to time Body Corporates require professional support and Boutique is able to direct Body Corporates to a suite of proven professionals. Whether in the legal, accounting, surveying, valuation, engineering or community fields.

BBCL has developed a list of prefered contractors who are available to be called on and attend to all Body Corporate maintenance needs.

Boutique has been successful in negotiating a specialist Body Corporate policy through its principal broker, ACM Ahlers, which is not only comprehensive, but also price competitive. The issue of comprehensiveness has been reinforced with those Body Corporates unfortunate to have suffered through the two major quakes Christchurch has experienced.
